We are looking for a package manager with capacity to lead both Site & Installation and Commissioning packages (PM SIC).
Through complex multi-technological processes, Plastcon converts waste plastic into re-usable streams with a primary focus on oil ingredients that can be refined to various uses. The goal is to enable a circular approach to manufacturing, usage and re-usage of plastic products.
Our dedicated team is responsible for the project design, planning, and execution of Plastcon projects. Offering new technology to the market we are facing tremendous interest from the industry. We are growing year by year and are now executing our first full-scale plants with many more to follow.

Your place in the EnviroTech team
Our EnviroTech team is driven by a true start-up mentality with a very short distance from thought to action. You will have the full support of your team and leadership to be successful in your role.
As our PM SIC, you execute the Installation and Commissioning packages according to the defined scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE in the specific project.
During the Design and Production phases, you will secure detailed planning of the activities to take place during Installation- and Commissioning phases together with the Installation- and Commissioning Manager’s.
During the execution phase, you will be supported by an onsite installation and commissioning teams headed by their respective managers.
You are to define and implement the optimal setup for the installation of the specific Plastcon project as well as develop standardized installation and commissioning setups and solutions for future Plastcon projects.
You will play an important role in the tender process for installation suppliers e.g. by creating the technical specifications for service- and installation tenders.
As a key person in the project, you will be part of the project management team along with the Senior Project Manager, other package managers and various support functions.
To commence successful plant operations you will cooperate with the operations management team to plan and implement a successful handover from installation and commissioning phases.
Areas of responsibility will include
- Identify and implement project requirements within package scope.
- Define installation- and commissioning setup and organization.
- Head and support the installation and commissioning package teams.
- Participate proactively in Interface Management between internal packages and external stakeholders.
- Develop, monitor and manage package budgets, supported by project controller.
- Supplier management from the specification of scope, review, selection, negotiation, input to frame agreement, and preparation of relevant specifications in advance of procurement in collaboration with Procurement.
- Secure that package deliveries and services are integrated into the overall design and execution of the plant.
- Follow-up on supplier deliveries and site installation progress.
- Identify and implement scope changes in accordance with the project Change Management system.
- Manage, execute and report on resource plans, package schedules and progress, budgets and deliverables.
- Secure sub-suppliers Site Acceptance Test and final Test on Completion according to plan and specifications.
- Plan, prepare, and secure handover to Operations.
- Identify, analyze, document, and handover lessons learned from the package to future projects.
Your profile
We are looking for an excellent project manager with the capacity to understand and operate in large complex industry projects. You are a strong team player with excellent cooperation- and communication skills. You have significant project management skills based on solid insight into subject package areas.
- Minimum B.Sc. education in Engineering, Technology Management or Marine Engineering is preferred.
- +5 years of experience in project execution covering areas such as process-, power- or oil & gas engineering.
- Experience in organizing, planning, and estimating installation and commissioning projects should be proven.
- Experienced in structured project execution (stage/gate) according to recognized accreditation such as PMI, IPMA, Prince2 or similar.
- You would value to work in a dynamic international company where the corporate language is English.
